Shanan Halbert, MP, is Chairperson of the Transport and Infrastructure Select Committee and Labour Party Junior Whip. 

Shanan Halbert has served as the MP for Northcote since 2020. Before he was elected to Parliament Shanan spent 15 years in education leadership and management at tertiary institutions.
